Yesterday I went to IOI City Mall for shopping. The mall was so crowded as next few days is Deepavali. Most of restaurants or cafe full house during dinner time.
We choose a newly opening Hong Kong Style restaurant.

You must be very familiar menu if you are a HK food lover. We wanted to try one of their signature dish 雪山叉烧包 but sold out due to high traffic. I ordered a Braised Pork Belly with Muy Choy Steam Rice, and HK Soup Wantan Mee.

The pork belly is so tender and the jelly texture fat, I can swallow without chewing it. Old fork will be obsessed with it, I guess.

I like the noodles springy texture,and every single wantan was wrapped with shrimp, the soup is clear and not oily.
Dim Sum is a must try item here as stated in the menu. Thus, we ordered Deep-fried Shrimp and each of them was wrapped in crispy Beancurd Skin and Crispy Beancurd.

Crispy Beancurd - The taufu was fried with flour and powdered with their own made seasoning. It is not meeting our expectation, the flour is ticker then the taufu at the ratio of 2/3.

The shrimp "fu zhuk" skin is not crispy,and quite oily.

A fresh drink is a must after a heavy meal.This drink contains peppermint and is so refreshing.
Overall, it still a nice restaurant for dining, the service is good and the price is reasonable.
