Korean BingSu from Owl Expresso Cafe in Subang

Owl Expresso is one of the popular cafe in Subang area.Their signature dessert is "Bing Su".What is "Bing Su"? It's a very popular and elaborate dessert in Korea, especially during the summer season. Something like our Malaysia 's "Ice Kacang".

Injeolmi BingSu (Regular) RM15
Main ingredients are ice blended with korean soya bean powder and korean sweet rice cake.The soya bean powder taste like peanut powder and ice is tasteless.  

Red Bean BingSu (Regular) RM16
Basically its main ingredients almost similar to Injeolmi BingSu, just they put extra red bean. 

Affogato BingSu (Regular) RM18
Main ingredients are ice blended with red bean,vanilla ice-cream ,Marley Espresso Shot.This is more sweet and flavorful compared to the  Injeolmi BingSu or Red Bean Bingsu.

You can adjust the amount input of Marley Espresso Shot into your BingSu.

There is free refillable water provided to customer.

Here is self service.
Vibrator will be given in order to notify the customer when drink is ready to serve.
